Ok finally back to blogging.

Had lost interest in blogging for quite a while. But thought I shld just give a little update on what I'v been doing recently.

Settled well in camp until when I contracted Chickenpox! Yes, Chickenpox when im 22! wOw.

So this got me 2 weeks MC.

Thanks to the med my family doc gave me, I didnt feel much discomfort thruout the whole ordeal.

Had loads of time to spare during that two weeks, so spent my time watching shows!

Finished a taiwan drama, Black and White. Awesome show. Great entertainment. Kept me entertained for like a whole week. =)

Interesting plot but pretty much the usual Police and Gang stuffs.

Upon finishing that drama, I watched Hell's Kitchen season 5 & 6.

Hell's Kitchen is very interesting! Its a culinary competition hosted by Gordon Ramsey. =D

I was so absorbed with the whole show! HAHAA.

Anyway gna watch Singapore Idol Live later today. Cool huh.

And booking in by 2359 for duty. -.-

Ok Finally POCed alrdy.

The 5 days in tekong was really a lifetime experience. It took me two days to really adjust to life in camp. Living a life of a solider is not easy. Infact its really tough, testing you in all aspects. Be it physically or mentally and lots of discipline.

But bcus im PES E so its really slack. Its really just more to experience what the other are getting in tekong. Its just somehow like an excursion. HEHE.

My section mates were pretty cool. Made frens with them easily. All really approachable and frenly.

Posted to HQ COMMANDOS. as a clerk. HEHEH.

Life as a clerk starts tomorrow. Got to wake up early. =(

Still very much suffering the hangover of Korea.

What a nice country. What unique culture. And of cus what great company. =)

Wonder when would the next time be when we can travel again as a whole big group.

Tomorrow is a special day. Its my long overdue enlistment to the NS.

Yes, mine's only a 5.5 day induction program BMT but I still have to go to Tekong. =(

Anyway, mixed feelings regarding my enlistment. Happy that im finally moving on with my life! Can start to look at the courses I wna take when I settle down into my unit come few weeks time.

But will miss this period of just practically doing nothing. Heehee.

My next life station has come, hopefully the next two years will fly past fast! In this two years, so much to achieve, so much to look forward to. GOD be my guide in whatevr I do.

No need for any emotional farewell speech or whatsoever bcus I will be back even before you guys realize it.

Had a great day out today with the guys!

Darren, Daniel, Kelvin and Zhe wei.

This bunch of people really the best bunch to go out with. We had great time catching up.

Had dinner at Yuki Yaki. Average food but great time of fun and laughter.

Could tell Zw nt keen hor but in the end he also relented. BUT sadly he had to leave early, got to pray to the 7th mth ghosts.

Rest of us had real fun, from cooking the meat to the steam boat and also the ice cream. Great fun!

After that everyone was so damn full so we sat at Starbucks to rest, some call it chill.

Just my kind of thing. To me it doesn't matter what we eat or wad we do but the company must be right.

Today marks the last day I can see Kelvin and Zhe wei. Kinda sad. =( Especially for Kelvin case.

From total strangers to great buddies. We can talk bout anything and everything.

Kelvin is a great fren to have. =) I will miss you!

As for the Koh brothers, Korea in 3 days!!!

Caught the movie 'The Last House On The Left' today. It was pretty good. Vry gruesome. Lol.

The next show I wna watch is The Final Destination. HAHAHA. Watched lots of movies recently. Hee. Like, UP, Whr Got Ghost, Orphan, The Hangover, The proposal, The last house on the left. HAHAHHA.

From the list above, Where got ghost is the one that really sucks. Waste of money!

Finished watching all 4 seasons of prison break sometime ago!

Never really bothered about this show until recently when I got real bored, getting stuck at home.

So anyway I guess I made the right choice to start watching. Cus once I started, I cldnt stop. Just kept watching and watching and watching.

Great plot and storyline. Out of the world kind of wits Michael Scofield had.

All in all, LOVE PRISON BREAK. =D

Im typing this with a patch over my right eye. LOL.

Anyway this morning went for my eye operation!

I mean its my first time evr having an operation so it was really quite an eye opener.

I mean i was told to put on this blue gown thingy and I though I had to put it on like a normal shirt but thn its supposed to be worn the other way. So paiseh. LOL. But cant blame mah hor, im new to this.

I was wheeled into the operating theater. Like those channel 8 drama shows hor. But only this was so much more light hearted. As I was waiting for the surgeon, the nurses were talking and chit chatting. Asking whr to go for lunch and all, so relax hor they.

But I wasnt, I was starting to feel the nervousness creeping in. HAHA. This male nurse started to ask questions and thn he put a mask over me. Told me to inhale hard and the last words I heard was Inhale harder...

I woke up, back in my ward. Super drowsy I tell you. I cld hear the voices ard me but I was too tired to open my eyes. Feeling vry uncomfy too. Mum told me my face and lips were vry pale. Scary huh.

Have to put eye dops hourly and got to go back for review tmr 9am. Troublesome hor. What to do.

To sum it all up, it was a rather expensive experience. =D

Got to go rest my eyes now. ADIOS.

SURGERY

Life's been great these few days. =D

My eye surgery is looming evr so close, on the 19th of June.

After that surgery will have alot of restrictions! No more soccer, have to stay home most of the time for abt 1 month. Means cant go service. SAD. Will definitely miss the 20th June ESS. =(

Will probably play my last soccer nxt week before the surgery and I guess I wont be touching the ball for at least another 2 mths after that.

On a brighter note, can take this time to really rest at home. HAHA. Anyway had a great time at escape theme park today. I mean i wasnt expecting it to be so fun chew knw. of cus still lose to most theme parks overseas, even the Malaysia ones. But still, it was better thn expected.

Go karts was fun! HAHA. =D

Tmr's shpding with mr yeo, cant wait. Probably the last I guess. We are gna go to the place whr we had our first shpding. I guess its fitting to go back thr for the last. -)

And adios Cristiano Ronaldo. I will miss you. But I firmly believe Manchester United is not a one man team so they will still be in the running for a treble nxt season. HEHE.

Ok after weeks of waiting I was finally transferred to NS grp! NSA4 hor, I think.

I got to be frank here, quite sian hor the feeling for now. I know they are nice people and I will eventually be close to them and all that. But for now, I wna dedicate this post to TPguys3.

TPguys3, you guys rock! Seriously. I never ever thought that you guys will become such an impt part of my life, really. I do appreciate and will treasure all those times I had with you all as a CG.

Firstly I would like to say, this CG is really cool. Everyone is so different in their own ways. Its really magnificent how we can come tgt as a group and share lives and have fun! =D

Now I wna say a few words to you guys, these are words from my heart. Hee.

Adam - You are really weird I tell you, weirdest in the group. But im glad that you have really become so regular these days! Coming regularly for CG and also service. Altho I alwys disturb you, I really love you as a brother in christ. Will miss your sudden abrupt laughters during teachings and also your never ending complains of people. I think you are a cool guy. HEHE. Rmb we provide the cone and you provide the 'ice cream'. HEHE.

Lester - I think since being in the same CG as you, we have become so much closer. Just as when we are comfortable with each other's company I had to leave. Sad hor. HAHA. You are a real funny fella, alwys talking nonsense and also saying things at the wrong time. But it really hlps to lighten the mood around. Will miss your sarcastic remarks on things when I leave. HAHA. And I love the way you make ur puffy cheeks. So egg-ish. Of course you get what I mean. HEHE.

Josiah - You suddenly disappeared the past month. So sad hor cant disturb you anymore. I will miss calling you 'singapore'. HAHA. Become your nickname alrdy. Will miss your rolling of eyes too. LOL.

Chit ming - At first when I known you, you damn eccentric looking leh. Alwys give me that cold icy stare. LOL. Freaking scary. But thn as the mths past, I really grow to understand you more. UCL finals

Ok so the much anticipated champion league finals ended 2-0 to Barca.

The best team won. =( But one thing Im sure about was on another day united would have put up a much better fight. Like what ronaldo said, everything went wrong, the tactics even. Everything was just not right on the night United tried to be the first time to win back to back champ league titles. Better luck nxt year I guess. HAHA.

Although the result of the match wasnt what I was looking forward to, I had great fun and company with me during the buildup to the match last night. Ok, to start with, CG was kinda cool but watching passion of christ on the 3rd floor was a really hot experience. For some reason the interior designer told us that we could not install an aircon on the 3rd floor excess area. Now we are suffering. Zy can testify that mann. He alwys say when he comes over my place he sweat like some mad cow. LOL.

So we sent Chit ming, Lester and Adam off and it was left with Newell and Zhiyang. HAHa. Kc and Dennis came around 12 and the fun really started...

Winning eleven was great fun as always and thn Dennis and KC messed up my kitchen literally. Used the oven to toast garlic bread and used the pots to cook maggi mee. HAHA. But I guess it was great fun. And thn we ransacked the drawers and fridge and took wadevr that was edible out to eat. Cookies, cup noodles, crackers, peach tea, maggi mee, chocolates. Poor sue. The min she woke up I saw her washing up and clearing the mess we left. Thanks mann sue, if u evr read this. But unlikely. HAHA. But yeahh. I appreciate her lots. Im sure the rest of my family does too. =)

Spent the most of today sleeping. Recovering from the shock loss last night. HAHA.

Really enjoyed myself yesterday. I believe you guys too. Lets have more of these stayovers soon!

Had a fantastic lunch with Pj( our ex tuition teacher), Mark and Brandon. We dont meet often. The last I met Pj was abt 2 years ago! And the last I met Mark and Brandon was abt 1 year back. But there was no signs of awkwardness at all as we settled down to have fish n co.

Not a really big fan of fish n co but the shellfish platter we ordered was really great. Mushroom salad was nice too. =D

After that we proceeded to TCC for some ice cream and coffee. Pj picked up the tab for both. Really appreciated it. He's gna Shanghai for 2 years of work, so probably its gna be another 2 years before we can meet again? Who knows? Bon voyage yeahh Pj. You rock. =)

Todays been a loooooong but fun day I would say. Nothing beats your company. HAHA.

Had some sorta great shpding today I wld say. Lunch with Laury, a finnish guy from zy's class was great fun.

Learnt abit about Finland's culture and more about him and all. Really interesting.

Japan was a really great experience. The food and the culture. Missing the cool weather there I tell you. Over there is abt 15 degrees celcius and now back here is 32 degrees celcius. Madness.

But it feels great to be back.

OSAKA

Ok Im blogging from Japan, Osaka now.

Osaka is a really bustling city. Tall skyscrapers and also very crowded. Weather here is pretty cold! Hee.

Food is really good. The sushi, salmon sashimi and beef rice, very very delicious!

In Japan, they have those ramen shops which requires us to stand up to eat. Unique way huh? But its really shiok leh. The Niku(beef) udon with tamago(egg), only 380 yen. Which is abt S$6. I can eat that all day for a week leh. NICE. =))

The scenery over here in Japan is really nice too. In Kyoto it was mainly mountains and trees and those very japan kind of village houses, reminds me of ninja. LOL.

In Osaka, its all those tall skyscrapers. Oh yeah our this hotel is smack right in the centre of the shopping district. I can see LV, Diesel etc just by glancing out of the hotel window. From 30th floor, I can see almost everything. Beautiful. =)

Tmr would be going to some aquarium, THEY ( the pple here) says its better thn our very own sentosa's, we shall see. Haha.

Anyway standard of living here is really quite high. The taxi here will cost few hundred of dollars. So we took the train and subway today. Really great experience. =D

Ok today was another simply awesome day in every way

Caught the movie ' The Unborn' today with Glen, Darren and Brendon. It was some sort of a screwup, more pple were supposed to join us. But thn it was still really fun oerall. Movie was much better thn I thought it would have been. Use Psalm 91 to cast out evil spirits. Cool huh. Hee. And of cus that stupid evil spirit called Elai. Really got us laughing.

Settled down for Just Acia finally after walking rounds and rounds around the fountain of wealth. I mean where else to have a decent meal with lots of drinks, ice cream, coffee and chit-chats. We spent hours there talking and sharing. Trust me, it was fun. Brendon's an easy going guy.

Anyway the super duper long number appeared on my hp again when I got hme. It was none other thn *ahem* Well, chatted for 2mins19secs.

So much to say, so little time. Evry single sec costs money. realised how much I took your calls for granted in the past. It wont happen again. =D

Anyway just to make things clear, I have NOTHING against the leaders of TP group. In the past if I did say anything or mention anything, forgive me. I realised it was me being plain childish and probably over sensitive. Leaders really do care for thier people. No, im not being bought over by them but I see God in their lives. =DD

Had late dinner with parents and Glen at HK cafe just now.

Food was great as usual. But smth else really made my day.

My phone rang, the caller id displayed a super duper long number. I knew in my heart it was YOU. HAHAHA. And so it was really you, we talked for about 51 secs. It was great. Really.

How I wish it wld haf lasted much longer, thats human for you. When given an inch, you want a yard. =X

Anyway, after service yesterday, Darren broke down. A big man like him broke down like a kid. Nobody could blame him, he was moving on to the NS group. Gone are the times whr he can hang ard with TP guys, only fond memories remain.

As his cousin, I saw how he grew so attached to the people and more imptly to God. So much have happened in the last 1 year. Mr Gideon changed so much too. It was very emotional, seeing him giving hugs to Lemmuel and also seeing his CG literally standing by him as he cried his heart out. I too felt smth for this dear cousin of mine. At the back of my mind, I cant help but think how would I react come my turn. TP, be it TP guys or the old engit has became a part of me. But in life there will alwys be changes, moving on would not necessarily be a bad thing.

Ok Its been quite awhile bloggie.

Hmm its not a really good feeling to be studying for supp papers when the rest are having holidays! =(

It feels even worst when you find out that you actually cleared both your main papers but because of the other components, fail the whole module.

Arghhhh I feeeeel like killing myself. I know whats wrong, its this word called CONSISTENCY. I lack consistency in life, for every aspect I would say. Which is not a really proud thing.

I certainly wnna do well for supp papers! And also, camp's fast approaching. WOOHOO.

It would be my 2nd Hope church camp. Well, expect it to be really fun. But most imptly I wna meet God there. Its not just a matter of saying but I really wna meet God in camp this time around. Make the $95 worthwhile. Hee.

Of cus I do expect certain element of fun too. Can get to fellowship with my CG. On a side note, I think TPguys3 is a really cool CG. I am enjoying myself and their company alot. There are 9 from our CG going for this coming camp. I certainly hope God will transform all 9 of our lifes. Make us better people and of cus better servants for Christ.

In other words, Im so totally excited for camp. God I pray that you will bless my partner and I for our games. Its kinda scary bcus we hfnt really done a full rehearseal for our games and this coming thurs both of us cannot stay over. So... Its really up to how much faith we have in GOD. I do believe GOD will bless though.

Alright, Manchester United FC won the carling cup!

It was really a nail-biting and nerve wrecking contest. I literally bit my fingernails at one point. Heh. Both sides had their fair share of chances. Cristiano Ronaldo could have ended it all in the 93rd min of normal time when he fired a fine shot after some superb footwork to get himself into a favourable position.

Other thn that it was an evenly fought match. extra time was draggy and thn to PENALTIES. Ok so United came out winners winning 4-1 on pens. Tnks to the heroics of Ben Foster.

So one trophy in the bag. 3 more to winning a historic quadruple.

Go for it united. WOOHOO. =D

We are all different, different personalities, characters and the way we behave or our patterns of thoughts. It all differ from people to people. One thing might seem right in this case might not be entirely right in another case. Different 'sickness' requires different antidote.

I can be the nicest person on earth as you people know. right? =D

But when people go over the limits, in other words overboard, I can be nasty too.

Was kinda disappointed over a series of events which unfolded the past weeks.

My beloved, its good to trust people but dont misplace your trust ok? I may be imperfect but one thing that I can promise you is that I wouldnt misplace your trust ever. =D

Its so true that sometimes we dont need people to tell us, Hey this is wrong that is wrong. You shldnt do this, You shldnt do that. You cld have done this or that. I mean we know and dont need people to tell us. Convince me by your actions, the way you live your life. Blameless before God? Its really subjective sometimes. I mean if you are hell bent on finding fault with somebody, you will somehow or another.

Why do I feel that people are judging me? Over sensitive maybe? Hahaha. And oh well, who actually knows when is God's timing? Only God himself knows I suppose. Instead of stereotyping, immediately say NO, why not really look into that person's life again. Of course Im nobody to say all these but you guys alwys wanted feedback right? Enough food for thought to last you for some time? =)

Dont alwys use the Word to pressurize us into making decisions. I know the importance of the Word BUT why do we sometimes feel that we have to meet man's expectations? Its never easy to become a good leader, I for sure admit Im not good enuff at all. But that doesnt mean the points I mentioned above are invalid.

Showing genuine care and concern is not showing care when you need to/have to bcus its your job. Not only when something happens thn you step in and care. You know people can sense it actually? So dont make an ass out of yourself by pretending to care cus people knows it. Im of cos not pointing fingers at anybody . I think this serves as a reminder to me too! Hee.

Why do I feel that the whole world is against it? The impression people give me is as if I have committed a great wrong. That even someone who is not supposed to be in the picture is dragged into it? I don't want to blow things up BUT if I want I can.

Don't like what Im doing, call me up and ask me. I will tell you anything and everything you want to know. But pls don't try to find out from other people what I have been doing cus it really does irks me sometimes. Im a straightforward person. =DD

I have been keeping quiet all this while but I feel today I have to let you people know how Im actually feeling. Dont make me start playing games with you bcus once I start, I dont stop until I get what I want.

One more thing before I stop, I believe speech is really important. I have to learn this too, to think before I speak and also not to hurt people with what I have to say. Speech is really a powerful tool. You know it can tear someone down? Shatter someone's confidence? The higher you rise in church, the more powerful this tool becomes. =)

You mean the world to me! I will respect evry single decision you make BUT if its a decision influenced by others I wouldnt buy it one bit. I will alwys be there for you. =))

The old has gone. Goodbye 2008!

Ok the first day of 2009 was pretty much interesting I would say.

I guess its rather fitting to break the news to me today that I have changed a new shepherd.

He's none other thn Zhiyang!! Woooo~ I practically know nothing about him but he looks like someone whom I think I can get along well with. =DD

And to clarify anybody's doubts, I do still wanna grow in God! Not blogging about GOD doesnt mean not wanting to grow/distracted about other things. My desire to grow and passion is still burning evr so strong. Hee.

Afterall blogging is just a small part of our life. Heh.

This really struck me alot as I prepare for the 2nd term of this semester in school.

Ok so Im like 21!! Omg so damn old. Everyone is telling me its the beginning of manhood. Sounds kinda scary huh? LOL.

Alright so as you all know yesterday I celebrated my 21st in the comfort of my own home. I want to thank all who were present. Really appreciated evry single one of your presence. You guys made my 21st birthday so so so memorable. =DD

My house barely squeezed in 50 over relatives, friends and Engit. The food was nice, just ask SER MENG. I didnt eat much can, running around entertaining you guys. And KAR CHUN kept bugging me to play winning eleven with him hor, I didnt want to cus I did not want him to lose you see. Eventually I won 1-0!! WOOOO~ It felt so goooooood. LOL.

The cake cutting was a somewhat new experience! Now I know how celebrities feel! Cameras in all directions, limelight absolutely on you. That kinda feeling. Felt soooo good but I was shy. Hehe. Thanks GLEN and NICHOLAS for playing the guitar!! Thanks PEI XIN for praying for me too. And I tell you she was extremely happy when my mum said she lost weight. HAHA the expression on her face was priceless. ^^

I also thank you people for all the presents!! Thanks for that sexy spongebob squarepants boxers and that cross necklace Engit 3! I love that boxers lehhhh but thn your wouldnt know when I would wear it hor. =X Thank the rest of Engit for your presents too. Appreciate them alot. And also before I forget, thanks MARCO for that David Beckham perfume, altho I cant play like him at least I can smell like him hor. LOL. Hey been awhile since I last blogged. The whole of last week was pretty packed. Spent lots of time with my relatives. My uncle's wedding sandwiched inbetween my grandparents birthday. Kinda cool hur. TEEHEE. Will upload photos sooooon!

This simply meant good food, good food and more good food!!! Fattening ehh. Even Darren's getting out of shape. LOL.

Since last Tuesday I was reinstated back to TP again. Yeah Im back! Thanks to both my Heavenly and earthly father. Now that Im back, projects and assignments are starting to pile up. Beginning to feel the stress! But Im relishing it mann. The thought of just being able to be back and attending classes feels so good! Thank God! =DD

The long weekends finally over!

Ytd Engit had a great event called Food race! 37 visitors turned up!

My team had Joseph and 3 other non-Bs. Jun sheng, Hendy and Yong Wei. The Hendy abit ah beng kind leh. At first when I talked to them, they were not really frenly and also kept complaining about the game. say boring and all. I kept praying in my heart to really find a way to open them up. And true enough, as the race went on they opened up more and more. Of cus tnks to Joseph too! He put in loads of effort talking to them.

Though we lost due to various reasons, Im sure they had fun! Jo and I also bonded really well with them. I hope tis event wld be a stepping stone to knw them btr and eventually can invite them for service.

Really super charged up and eggcited for the coming 2 mths!

I think we must be willing to let God look into our hearts and believe Him. Only thn will He tell us what He sees. The only thing that can sever me from my self-sufficiency is : Sincerely and meaningfully to repent. =D

Its when you are at one of the downs in your life whr u realise that there are family and frens who actually do care!

I would think this is one of the lowest point in my life, appealing and waiting still to get back to Tp. My family has been very supportive of me, even my twin siblings tagged my tagboard saying they will be thr for me. I mean they are only 13 yrs old but can say such things, it really touches my heart. =D Thanks Joel and Jolyn! I know u read my blog often. Heh.

Yesterday we had volunteer's meet, during dinner I was sitting with ser meng! He's really someone I admire alot for his willingness to serve God. I mean his office is at JURONG but he rushes dwn for meetings and everything, not complaining a single bit. And alwys coming with a servanthood spirit and a big wide smile! He's really humble too! He affirmed me aftr dinner, his words really touched my heart. Why? Because he's a very genuine person. Can u imagine, Im feeling down and out and God used a man of God whom I admire alot to affirm me! He told me he cld see I was more focused in the things I do. Thanks man Ser Meng! Needed that. =D

And then it was my shpd, LEMMY. He might not be the most talented individual or leader. =X But he really cares for his people. And I mean really a 100% care for them. To say the truth, He's the one who showed me the most care and concern since he knew I was kicked out. Fasting and praying for me. Thanks leh Shepherd. Didnt knw you cared that much! Hee.

Thn next up I wna tnk Cedric Silvaraj! Can you imagine he dedicated a post to me on his blog? He can post a thousand and one things leh really but He chose to dedicate a song to me. Cedric you are the man! I really really appreciated what you did. Yup Someone is watching over me indeed. And evryone else as well! =D

Lastly those who sms-ed me or asked about me. It really feels good to know that there are people around you who really do care! I tnk God for all these people whom He put into my life. I feel so weird lah, just woken up and not having any lessons. Tmr Im meeting up with the course manager though.

God I pray that You will speak thru me. That whatevr I speak will be annointed by You. I pray that the Holy Spirit will prompt me to speak the right words. I cldnt sleep last night, lying thr and thinking and praying. Asking God what is the best way to convince the CM.

I feel really blessed to say the truth. I have such supportive parents, my aunt too. I also wna tnk God for Engit ppeps. You guys nvr fail to encourage! A fren told me my tagboard is really heartwarming, alot of pple encouraging me. =D

I believe by FAITH that by His GRACE I can convince the course manager and be back in school agn.

Caregroup at my hse today was smth different. Caused we had it in MY room. Heh. The song we sang during worship, From the inside out, really touched my heart so much.

Had prayer meet just now, didnt prayed so much for a long long time. A few of us went to the front to praise & worship. The atmosphere was simply fantastic. God's presence was so tangible. I could feel the holy spirit moving around the whole place. I teared. I gave all my problems to God. I totally a 100% opened my heart to Him.

Anyway I finally took out my braces! It feels I have been set free. =) I believe my probs will be set free soon too. TEEHEE.

The thing tat I alwys feared wld happen sooner or later came too soon. Too soon for me to accept. Call me immature, childish. I dun care.

I was just going around in circles all these years.

The finishing line was so near, I could see it.. But, I doubt I will evr reach it.

Its abit frightening to think sometimes. I had alot of time the last few days to think. Really ponder about my life. Well, the outcome was kinda scary. I thought I was doing fine in school, I thought I was doing fine in church. But reality hit me hard like a brick on two different occasions, which I shall not reveal here.

I knw of someone, who has been completely disillusioned with his life. I hfnt seen him for a while, he even blocked me on msn. But can I really blame him? I dun know. Heh. He claims he has big problems that nobody can help. I told him, God can solve all your problems! Yes He can. I know it, you know it, everybody in church knows it. What he replied got me thinking. " Ok since u say God can solve all problems, why do you have so much problems yourself?"

This person really hit the nail on the head. Something which I have sort of wondered to myself many a times too. And thn shortly after, I found out that I wouldnt be going for Leadership Camp. Heh. You guys must be thinking, ok whats the link right? The link is, if a certain individual cnt lead their own lifes right, how can he lead a group of people? How can he disciple people? It dawned on me that I have pressing inner issues within me that needs quick if not immediate treatment.

I wasnt jealous that I cldnt go for the camp. In fact this really served as a wake up call to me. Something which I have been trying to avoid. I was getting complacent with my spiritual walk, I was getting lazy in certain areas. I need to put all these wrong things right again soon! God please help me! I dun wna move further away frm You!

I wouldnt say my life is in a complete mess, but it is not as rosy as how I look on the outside. =)

God, Im yours to use. Mould me, I know its gonna hurt but it will be all worthwhile. Looking forward to greater times ahead.

1 Hour 30 mins more to my supp paper! And im still at home busy mugging!

Teehee. Hopefully i can go and murder the paper ltr!

Anyway had a gd chat with my shpd the other night, made me think thru alot of things. He said many many stuffs, i also shared many many stuffs with him. I think it was the first time we had such a serious and lengthy chat. Mr lemmy used his hp to call me leh for like 1hr plus. Shows how much he really bothered to talk to me despite the expensive hp bills he have. LOL.

I came to a conclusion, evryone has their own different strengths & weaknesses. But really do look at ur strengths and see how u can use it to impact others rather thn dwelling on ur weakness and say 'I wna give up!'. the other thing I realized is sometimes I really dun have the right heart attitude to do certain things. Like what lemmy pointed out even something as simple as preparing cg roles. RAH! Audience of one remember! HAHA.

I really wna have a breakthru in quite a few areas in my life. Its time to really step out of my comfort zone, put in some effort and try to contribute more to my group in as many ways as i can. =) Rather thn sulking and complaining, might as well do smth to make things happen hor. Hoho. I wna show and give more of my love to my cg members too! I know its really hard to love sometimes but i will make considerable effort to frm now onwards! Woo~

Heh didnt blog for a long time alrdy, anyway now is supps period! I have alrdy become a good fren of supp papers. i knw them vry vry well. HAHA. Nth to be proud of though.

Tomorrow is my first paper, ready to murder it! But too bad no matter how much i score it is still graded as a D. Wasted hor. Do you know if supps do have grading, i wld have gotten quite a number of As ehh. But sadly tts not the case. HAHA.

Anyway heard frm the lecturer that very soon tp will not let supp paper take 100% of the whole semester's work. Which means in future, if u fail a module and thought that can rely totally on supps to pass, thn u are so screwed! Heh. Because supps will also count the assignment n CA % into it thus making it much harder to pass. Tp claims this is to 'encourage' students to learn frm the start and also to do their assignments. And eventually they will do away with supp papers altogether. So people who are in year 1 & 2, all the best! No more easy way out for u guys anymore. I shld tnk God i have exploited this loophole for long enough. Hoho.

After 4 yrs in Tp, i think the key to getting good results is consistency! Its really easy to say but hard to do. I myself struggle with daily revision, doing assignments and even the most basic, coming for lessons. If i clear my supps this time, i would say goodbye to written exams in polytechnic forevr! Thats really whats keeping me going now. Heh.

Looking forward to tuesday! end of supps and beginning of fun agn. Heh. More time for God, more cbds with darren,daniel & glen too! Most impt of all im gna work during Oct. Didnt work for like so damn long alrdy, but decided to bcus have been spending alot lately so earning a few hundred bucks wun hurt. Heh.

Today had shepherding with Lemmuel.

We kept eating today, eat eat eat and eat!

Went simpang bedok thr ard 3plus. Thn we ate toast bread n eggs!

Aftr that went to a nearby cafe called Mad Jack.

The food thr is really vry good. Delicious and also reasonably priced. If you go before 5pm thr is a 15% discount. So anyway, being as greedy as can be, Lem orderd a beef burger. While i ordered a sweety pie ( Apple pie with ice cream). Only $4 ehh. Hoho. It was after a long long while when the staff realise they forogt to send in the receipt for our order, therefore they gave us a complimentry Sweety pie. Lem super happy siolz cus it means FREE FOOD. We dun even need to tan also got le. HAHA. We had a fun time eating and just chatting.

After that decided to have the teaching at my hse. Good for me also mah, in the comfort of my own hme! Heh. I relly learnt alot today. The most impt thing being, must have a systematic weekly plan/scheldue. Have to maximise my time and also my capacity. So that God can use me more! Lem kept stressing i have 1 more semester left in Tp, have to really make full use of it. It got me thinking like am i gna leave Tp having regrets of not doing enuff or to leave Tp with a a sense of satisfaction. Time to get serious and really do God's work. Heh.

Holidays so far have been alright for me. Wonder why darren is complaining its boring hor. Mayb he too used to working life when he was having his attachment. My dad keep asking me to get a job rather thn wasting time at hme. But, I dun feel like leh. Hahahhaha.

Anyway, Man united has signed Berbatov. United's new number 9!

Today's the first day of holidays! Went really bad leh. I overslept for my dental appt so i had to postpone it to nxt week. When my dad heard about it, he went absolutely mad! And thn he cooled dwn, but after awhile i heard my name frm downstairs! " Shawn! Why ur hp bill so high? What did you do????!!!"

I was like WOW, twice in a row. I didnt even have time for a breather. My day cldnt get any worst right? To me it did! Ok, so i went for soccer. Cus KC leaving for HK thn decided to play lor. So on the cab on my way thr, it started to drizzle!! SIAN!

Ok anyway, it got btr later on. Had a fun time with some of the guys. Philbert and Dennis chua came to join us for the first time! I keep saying they are here for trials for Pikachu united. HAHA. And they certainly aced it. Hope you two join us next season. And of cus hope Zlatan( Kelvin See) join too.

Anyway, my whole body is aching now! Saturday jus played thn today play agn. Heh. Injured my left foot leh! =(( Old injury siolzzzz. Darren also have the same injury as me! His on the right i think. hahahahah.

ENGIT Retreat

Yesterday was ENGIT Retreat at Pasir ris park!

Lem,marco,jason came to my hse to prepare the food. I tried hlping out in the kitchen. But... Really cham siolz. Alot of things dunno how to do. Learnt frm marco how to cut certain stuffs. LOL. Like so useless hor, dunno how to cut tis cut that. HAHA.

Thn ard 12 it started to rain heavily at my hse area. So I was really praying in my heart for the rain to stop. If not really dunno how ehh. Reached thr at 1pm, Engit 2 was the last grp to arrive. WOOHOO.

Games were fun but the people made it much much btr. Really got to spend time with all the engit peeps. Really tnk God for Xue ting and everyone else who made the retreat a success.

Looking forward for the nxt one. Hopefully by thn engit will grow in size and we will be able to see many many new faces. Heh.

Tired but enjoyable on the whole. Comforted to know that im not alone in this race and i can count on Engit peeps along the way if i face any difficulties. You guys really made an impact in my life. Thanks. HAHA.

Today after school went to study with my Friend. Heh. Studied at Tamp Safra for a couple of hours before heading back to sch to have dinner with Daniel and Simon Joseph. Got to know that Simon much btr over dnr. haha. You are a really interesting person with interesting insights on many things. A joy to talk to you! We shld have meals tgt more often. HAHA.

Tis semester i cnt afford to slip up, fail any exams and im out of tp AGAIN.

Anyway feeling kinda confused in my spiritual life too.

I have a new shpd and two new sheep.

Lord, do show me the way as to how I can disciple them. I know its hard for them to open up to me as of now.

But Lord I know its all your plan. I believe as i grow them i will grow myself too.

Had a busy but fulfilling weekend. Heh.

Today had meeting in a function/meeting room at marco's condo. His condo super nice ehh.

The view frm his balcony is like WOW.

His mum was really nice btw. She bought alot of stuffs for us. We ate and ate and ate while Ezri alba was teaching. Who knows Ezri alba herself was tempted when she saw us munching away hor? Hoho.

Nxt weekend gna be really packed agn. But really looking forward to it.

For now.......back to studies.

Heh. Watched a local production today! Yet another Jack Neo flim.

Somehow i dun particularly like Jack neo leh. Heh. But his movies are really simple and easy to relate to. Had a good laugh with Glen , Darren, Daniel.

This week seem to pass really quickly.

Cant wait for the 3rd and final lesson of CLC 1 on saturday. Going with a willing heart and putting on my learner's cap.

China teacher was a pain in the neck as usual, bugging and killing me with her nonsense. I shld have put a smile on her face. =)

Had Cg at 7. Felt God's presence so real and tangible during worship. Think Engit 2 is really improving progressively. Slowly and steadily. Glad to be part if it. Hoho.

Thank God for Lemmy, really see him growing evr so much. Have much to learn from that abu. LOL.

On a lighter note, tmr gna watch Money no enough 2 with Glen, Darren, Daniel.

Dont really know what to say. People alwys say im a very funny person, a hell of a funny lad. But i think when all my thoughts and actions are put into words, it isnt really that funny afterall. HAHA. Anyway, still trying to get used to blogging. Really smth very new to me. Heh.

Today had lesson frm 1-3+. By right the lab ends at 5pm but thn i alwys walk out halfway thn nvr go back alrdy. Super bored and the tutor knows lah but he also close one eye. He's a christian btw. HAHA. No wonder he's so nice hor. Heh. Thn hang ard in sch waited for daniel, glen to end sch. And darren to reach frm his workplace. We had a nice long chat at design canteen. Really jus sitting dwn and talking abt anything and everytihng under the sun. Shared abt alot of stuffs. Really tnk God for them. Alot of pple are envious leh, say their cousins also not so close to them. Heh. Its really a blessing. Esp Darren. we knw each other like the back of our hands and also we knw alot of each others secrets. HAHAHHAHA.

Tmr gna haf a long day! Have lessons until 6pm and thn Cg. I think recently experiencing a bit of spiritual dryness. Abit stagnant and all. I want and need a breakthru real sooooooon! Heh.
